What is the Club Wallen Membership?

Club Wallen is the official membership program for Morgan Wallen which includes:

A welcome gift upon purchase.

Quarterly merch bundles shipped to your door with exclusive, premium products not available for purchase

Exclusive access to purchase additional, members-only merch drops, which will happen periodically throughout the year.

The membership will include all 2026 quarterly boxes (even if you join late), and exclusive access.

If members wish to renew their membership, they must purchase it again after the initial 2026 period has ended.
What is the Club Wallen quarterly product shipment?

Club Wallen members will be automatically shipped a new product bundle each quarter during their 2026 membership.
So, what’s in the box?

Each quarterly box will contain exclusive, premium products not available for purchase.
Do I need to place an order for my next quarterly product shipment?
- No, your quarterly product shipment will occur automatically each quarter, there is nothing you need to do. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
What if I become a member after a quarterly shipment has already gone out?

If you sign up after past scheduled quarterly shipments have already gone out, you will automatically be shipped any past quarterly shipments together, along with your welcome gift.
What is the Club Wallen Members-Only drop?

Members-Only drops are separate from the quarterly shipments. These drops are not included in your membership cost, but are available for purchase exclusively to Club Wallen members. You can access the Members-Only product by logging into your account on the Club Wallen Membership page. Shipping costs as well as taxes and fees apply.
How much does a Membership cost?

The cost of a Membership is $500. Plan pricing includes the cost of shipping for all subscribers. Taxes and fees are not included in the plan pricing.
Can I purchase a Club Wallen Membership if I live outside of the US?

Club Wallen Memberships are only available for customers within the US.
When will I be charged for a Membership?
-
Membership purchases are charged the day you join Club Wallen only and expire on December 31, 2026. It will not renew and you will not be charged again outside of your initial $500 purchase.
Does my Membership automatically renew?

No, your membership will not automatically renew. Club Wallen memberships are valid through December 31, 2026. If you’d like to renew your membership, you must purchase it again after the initial 2026 period has ended.
When will I receive my Membership order?
- Our quarterly membership boxes will ship by the end of each calendar quarter: March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31, 2026
- Estimated ship dates can be found on the Membership product page.
- New and existing members will receive an email when orders have shipped.

Orders containing non-Club Wallen product may be shipped separately.
What countries do Membership products ship to?

Memberships and related products are exclusive to the United States.
When will my Membership item arrive after it’s been shipped?
- Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your order to deliver.
- Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
When will I get tracking information?
- You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is processed for shipment, via the email you placed your order with or the active customer email in My Account.
- Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. Please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update.
What if my Membership order is lost?

You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to claim your package as lost in order to receive a reshipment if stock permits or a refund for your missing item(s).If you receive tracking on an order but it has not been updated beyond the “pre-shipment” or “label created” stage within 2 weeks, please reach out to us here to look into it for you. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. Shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.
How will I get notified when my order ships every quarter?

You will receive an email once your order ships.
How can I manage my Membership orders?

You can manage your Membership orders directly through your customer account or by emailing morganwallen@umgstores.com
How can I change my shipping address or update my payment information?
- You can update your shipping address by emailing morganwallen@umgstores.com.
- Shipping addresses must be updated 30 days prior to scheduled ship date in order for that shipping address to apply to that quarter's shipment.

Payment information cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
How can I cancel my Membership?

Can I change my Membership order?
- Membership orders cannot be changed or amended, inclusive of changes to clothing size.
Can I return, exchange, or refund my Membership item(s)?

Membership products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
What if my order arrives damaged or I experience playback issues?
- If your item arrived damaged please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve your issue. Please attach photos with your submission. Photos are required to verify the damage if the damage is cosmetic.
- Upon approved review of the photos, we’ll ship you a replacement or refund you if the item is no longer in stock.
- Please be advised we are only able to process a refund or reshipment for damaged items within 30 days from the date you received the order.
Can I gift a Membership?
- Gifting Memberships is currently unavailable. However, you can always create a new account or change the shipping address in your account if you want the product to be shipped to an address that’s different from your billing address. Email customer service to adjust your shipping location.
- Gifting Memberships cannot be sent outside of the United States.
When and how will I find out what the next quarterly Club Wallen Membership will be?

You will receive a notification once your Club Wallen quarterly merch drop has shipped.
When and how will I be able to purchase the additional Members Only drops?
- You will receive an email when new Members Only products are available. You can purchase them via the Merch Exclusives tab on ClubWallen.com. You must be logged into the same shopify account through which you purchased your Club Wallen membership to access the Members Only drops.
How do discounts and special offers work with Subscriptions?
- Subscription products are excluded from discounts and special offers unless specified on the product page.
